Project Details
I was in charge of managing and organizing employees photos during the summer. With about 500 employees and many photos with different file name conventions and dates, my task was to make everything uniform.

I organized all most recent employee photos into 3 folders, _High-Res Blue Tint, _High-Res Color, and _Web Blue Tint.

I cropped and tinted all photos accordingly in Photoshop and placed them in their respected folders with the correct naming conventions (first name_last name_date)

I used an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of employees who didn't have a photo, who's is outdated, etc. for the Marketing department to use and update after I left.
