For this project, I audited each NMC office and their Constant Contact account. 

• Focused on looking at open rates and click through rate to determine our average and compare it to the industry. 

• Created a presentation that listed each office with two of their most recent emails sent and open rate. 

• Looked at how each office uses Constant Contact and how it could better serve their purpose.
